Regarding Notice for Divorce on basis of conspiracy

My husband is constantly creating conspiracies at the workplace and at home for me. Can I file divorce on this?

yes you can file a complaint in the police station and you an file a notice od the opposite client then the court will issue summons and investigation will kick in then the chargesheet will be filed within 90 days

Yes — you can file for divorce on this ground Under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, “cruelty” is a legally recognized ground for divorce. If you need time, you can: Separate temporarily Send legal notice to stop harassment Then file divorce after some months

yes you can file divorce but before this you must be mention your district home name you can file divorce in your district family court then that court will passed order for divorce... ... ... kindly provide all detaile from your.....

i have seen your query carefully and found that your husband is very physco and shaakki in nature. The behavior of your husband and his manipulative nature is comes in definition of cruelty which is a good ground for divorce. if you need any help or assistance you can call me without any hesitation

yes you can file for divorce on the basis of cruelty. cruelty can be either/ both physical and well as mental. there are certain other grounds for divorce in your case but those grounds can be recognised once you narrate your entire version
