khud ki marzi se sex karna rape ka case nahi banta.Rape tab banega jab sex hua ho inn conditions me:(i) against girl's will;(ii) without girl's consent;(iii) with girl's consent, when her consent has been obtained by putting her or any person in whom she is interested, in fear of death or of hurt;(iv) with girl's consent, when the man knows that he is not her husband and that her consent is given because she believes that he is another man to whom she is or believes herself to be lawfully married;(v) with girl's consent when, at the time of giving such consent, by reason of unsoundness of mind or intoxication or the administration by him personally or through another of any stupefying or unwholesome substance, she is unable to understand the nature and consequences of that to which she gives consent;(vi) with or without girl's consent, when she is under eighteen years of age;(vii) when girl is unable to communicate consent.baki details me baat karne ke liye aap direct baat kare. For relief You can challenge the chargesheet as well as the entire trial and get the proceeding in the trial court stayed as an interim measure.It can be done in High Court under section 528, BNSS. Entire case can be quashed also

send that drafted legal notice to the concern to whomso over concerned. after that send the notices/applications/complaints to health department, to the local body Such as Nagar Palika or Nagar Nigam as the case may be, to the local SDM, DM of your district.Wait for few days. if the problem is not solved then you can approach the Hon'ble High Court with all the notices/complaints/applications with their receiving, in the form of PIL. you will definitely get the remedy for here

Q: date of birth correction in birth certificate

my son date of birth is 2007 in cbsce mark sheet it is 2006 in birth certificate.birth .certificate was made on self declaration and addidavit and not on hospital certificate .nagar palika lalitpur is not making change .can your service able to get make correction .

date of birth can be corrected in Nagar Palika record as well as in Central board of secondary education (CBSE) records.you give them written application with relevant necessary documents and take the receiving of the same. After tha wait for few days and then send reminder to them after it wait for one week more.if there is no response at all or their response is not in your favour then you can approach Hon'ble high court at Allahabad with your grievance and you will get your remedy from here

it would have been more convenient to answer if you had mention the name of your district.You require immediate remedy which in your case is stay on demolition.For such immediate action you can approach to concerned Police Station, SDM, DM and local body such as nagar nigam or nagar palika as the case may be. all that be in person as well as in written application/complaint, and you must take receiving of all.if this doesn't work you can approach directly approach to the concerned on Hon'ble High Court with all the relevant documents as well as receiving of above mentioned applications/complaints.Honorable High Court is sure short remedies for your problem
