Regarding Legality to divorce wife

Hello,
I am a muslim, got recently married couple of months back. Now my wife's parents are misbehaving and I have asked my wife to stay at her place. This is too much consuming me and my family. I want to move out of this and get stability. I want to understand the legal ways of divorcing as my wife sister is also an advocate and probably they will threaten us for false accusation. I want to be prepared on any move they make. Also, as per 2019 act, I cant divorce her saying talaq once. Please help me to solve this.

agar apko lagta h unki sister jo advocate h apko jhothe case m fasa sakti h to ap sabse pahle apne ssp or police station m 1 application de or usme sab baate kahe jase ki vo apko jhothe case m fasana chah rahe uske baad ap divorce petition file kare tabhi ap jhothe case se bach sakte hai
