Regarding interim order issued by Judge


29-Feb-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I have got an interim order where it is mentioned that assets and liabilities is not submitted and hence I have got lump sum maintenance order But it is not true, I have submitted assets and liabilities through my lawyer. How do I verify and what should be done now?

Please send the details of the case like stage of the case . If the order is final . Challenged or not. Give details for a proper advive. Feel free to. Call. Have to challenge the same within limitation period

hello! you should get court certified copy from court. check all the documents you are claiming are submitted and given proper exhibit number. Then only you can get your answer. Court certified copy is must for future reference to appeal against this order in higher court.

You have to apply for certified in the court to receive the copy of asset and liability. Or u can also make an application through for inspection of documents. Wherein you will be able to go through court records and verify.
