This is Supriya from Pune. I have lodged police complaint by sec 325,504,506 against husband and in-laws for abusing me mentally and physically. My husband having addiction of alcohol, gutkha, tobacco, he having anger issues. And he took my all gold silver jewelry which is mangalsutra,rings.which I got in my marriage. So how to retrieve my jewelry? N he is convincing me to come at home after 9 months. What should I do? What is divorce procedure?

recently my husband went out with girl for 8 hours,every time he do this and when I take objection he scold me n abuse me so I left his home and I also left my three kids with him so that he can come to take me and say sorry to me but he didn't came because his family is supporting him ,I just want to meet my kids at weekends and on festivals I don't want custody of my kids as I am not financially stable I just want to start meeting my kids as they also want to meet me.

I am a Government officer. Some colleagues and journalists have an objection to my clothing in my personal life. I wear Western clothes in my home and outside. I wear sarees and suits in the office. I am advised not to wear Western clothes as I am an officer. Can I do something about it legally?

Hello! It depends on which government office you are working whether they have mandatory of dress code? . You have to check whether any such dress code is mandatory. Some government places have some rules of conduct, etc.

Q: Regarding interim order issued by Judge

I have got an interim order where it is mentioned that assets and liabilities is not submitted and hence I have got lump sum maintenance orderBut it is not true, I have submitted assets and liabilities through my lawyer. How do I verify and what should be done now?

hello! you should get court certified copy from court. check all the documents you are claiming are submitted and given proper exhibit number. Then only you can get your answer. Court certified copy is must for future reference to appeal against this order in higher court.
