Regarding impotent husband I need advice how to take divorce

My marriage held in October last year and I am still a Virgin because my husband is impotent.

if you had consulted any doctor for the issue or not ? for this you need to file a petition for dissolution of your marriage u/s 12 HM. if you can prove importancy of your husband then, court will definitely dissolved your marriage.
