Regarding how to proceed for divorce

I am a hindu woman married for 2 years i was seperated from my husband since a month . my parents had gone for peace talks where he told them he no longer wants to.stay with me and told me in front of my parents to take everything that belongs to me and go. So my mother filed a police complaint and told me to take some clothes and bought me home. Its been 1 month.since seperation we have had no word from their side I want to get my remaining things from their house But will getting my things give them.a clear field ??? I have been tortured mentally for 2 years by my husband and inlaws I suspect he might be impotent he always used to avoid having physical relation.He thought of new ways to avoid it , i had to force myself upon him.at times and it was conditional if i acted according to the norms of their house then and only then he used to love me . Or he might be gay he gets a call every night from a friend of his he talks to him for 1 hour I dont knw what to do How to proceed
