Regarding family matter facing issue which is quite different in natur

My father in law is layer and he is using his knowledge against me.. Case yet not filed in court.. He took his daughter my daughter to his home and saying the she will stay in his home for the period of 3 years for her education purpose then will think what next.. Thanks in advance

So what if your father in law is a lawyer. He is not above the law. Law is Supreme. He cannot take your Daughter with him without your permission. He should have taken the Child Custody in Court, then he would have taken the Daughter with him legally. Now, what he has done is an Illegal act, for which you can register a FIR against him and parallely file a case to get the custody of the child.

If you want your wife to continue cohabitation with you then you should first a legal notice to that effect through an advocate then subsequently file a petition before family court for restitution of conjugal rights.

you can proceed with restitution of conjugal rights. Also you can claim for the custody as well as visitation rights of your child. father can not take your wife aeay from yoh and behave arbitrarily. So you can definitely take action.
