Hello sir,
Can I file a dv case to apply for divorce after 1 year of separation? My husband has also filed RCR case and it is running now.
DV is criminal law cases. Divorce is civil proceedings. both travel in two sword. no connection between them. in the RCR you have to wait or give no consent. file a separate divorce proceedings case. DV is also for maintenance. You can file
