Recently my friend got married in Hindu tradition, bride is I'll treating bridegroom and his parents, literally beating. Bridegroom doesn't want to continue life with the bride, bride is not ready to leave the house. What or how to proceedBecause of bride does anything to herself, bridegroom family members and bridegroom will be in trouble
if the bride is not moving out of the home then you make some temporary residence outside the matrimonial Court and create some residential proof and then you file all the matrimonial cases against the bride

Once marriage is over the woman is not a bride anymore. She is a legally wedded wife and she has the right to residence in the matrimonial home. Police complaint can be filed against the wife. Husband and his parents can also file a domestic violence case. If one year is over after marriage then the husband can file a petition for divorce.
