Received notice from my husband through court

Hi All, I have received the legal notice from the court by my husband to appear before the court by given time and date. Can I miss to attend the court given timeline. Or do I need to attend and participate?

if you don't attend you can send your advocate to attend the case of you or your advocate don't attend the court the court will consider you as Exparte means you don't want to contest the case and court will proceed with the case without your appearance

Dear Madam You can skip one or two times. Then appear and take next adjournment. If you are not interested then you can prolong the case for 2 to 3 years. Nothing to worry. Please come to my office for more guidance.

Yes it’s mandatory to attend and if you don’t attend they may take a exparty steps. My advice is better to attend the case in person or through your legal counsel. U you You may ask your legal counsel to attend the case or you may attend yourself to avoid the exparty

if you have received the notice to appear in the court , you better appear , in the first appearance tell the judge that you need time to engage an advocate and seek time. on next hearing date appear with advocate of your choice. If you fail to appear subsequently, Court proceedings will continue without you but as if you participating in
