Rcr petition by husband and wife need divorce

Can wife file for divorce after her husband file rcr petition in court. Wife and husbsnd are seperated for 3 months and wife is not going back to him anymore. He is having extra marital affair.What case wife can file for rcr petition to be rejected by court.

hi if you want divorce then you could file petition in court seeking divorce on grounds of desertion amd other grounds and that the wife could contest the RCR petition on the ground that ot is filed sith all false allegations

you can go for divorce case though your husband filed rcr case , and if you have proof against your husband regarding extra marital then it will help you out in rcr and as well as divorce case ,and in rcr case you can go for mediation and with the help of mediatior you can go dissolve the marriage too.
