RCR case no proper handling Anti party Hacked and deleted case data

What should I do if I am not getting case order sheet details by my own lawyer hired from the 1st date of hearing till 6th date of hearing. Also my wife is spying on me from the date of marriage 2013 till now and have deleted all the case data from my mobile and laptop. As she is the top Hacker from Mahawachak, Harnaut, Bihar Sharif. I have paid litigation charges Rs 70000 or more but I am not allowed to meet my children, and the prayer is already there in the plaint.

We will help you provide all the file and documents of the case from the court. You can change the lawyer and make a complaint of the lawyer give in bar council. If your wife is hacking your phone change the phone password we consider you buy the new phone and new number

Draft an application for inspection of case file and file it before the concerned court . Go along with a new lawyer by filing ne vakaltanama and see the entire court case file. All the orders and every evidence what is given in front of the court

For order sheets you need to approach the court and file for the certified copy of the same. And as far as the custody is concerned it's just a matter of arguments in the court. And if there's no scope of settlement then you can always mutually apply for divorce. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hello Sir hope you are doing great and in Good health. if you have any doubt on your lawyer discuss openly with him and sort out the differences if any. you can get copy / certified copy from court simply apply for it. if you have proof on spying you can file a complaint and give this copy to your family court as well. to meet your children you can request coury by way of an application till decree is not awarded or any other adverse order
