Quick divorce and maintenance- financially weak wife

If a woman is financialy weak and she is in her own house for more than 3 years and her husband is not ready to take her home. We had applied a CP case and the person has sent us a notice of bail. Is our case will become weak. And what to do to get divorce earlier. And the person had gon to jail several time... But before marriage. We didn't know that. And there is no one to support the women financialy
U can file case under Sec 420 relating his past hidden before u and chance for his bail wiil be reduced .U have to also file maintaince against him demanding maintaince for u and ur child ..At last u have to file divorce

For financial assisstance she must file a maintenance case against her husband,she is 50% share holder of her husband and the court will allow it.
If she want immediate divorce ,talk to her husband and convince him to divorce on the basis of mutual consent which will take only six months.for getting divorced...
