Query regarding the process and price of mutual consent divorce

Hi, My wife and I are looking to file a mutual consent divorce. We both have been living separately, in 2 different cities in India, for about 1-2 years. We don't have children, nor is there any demand for alimony. We want to part on amicable terms. Can you please tell me the process, and total fees? I am residing in Bangalore. Thanks, R

I understand your questions so you want to file a dicorce right yes it is possible to file mutual xourt requires some documents 1) marriage photo 2) marriage card if marriage wa registered marriage certificate otherwise not need and banglore address proof and detailed some story what are all the differences accured in your marriage life so this are all required to file mutual thank you for asking questions

there are three places where you can choose to file, firstly where marriage is performed, second where both of you last resided togather, thirdly where your wife resides, so out of these three places you can choose any one, normally it takes about 6 months, but if there is an urgent you have to file application to waive the six months waiting period, if application is allowed, you will get divorce withing few months, if there is no urgency it will take about 6 months, further fees depends on advocates and place where you are residing, normally atleast 25 k will be charged in a city like Bangalore.
