query regarding future steps after divorce

28-Dec-2024 (In Divorce Law)
My wife agreed for divorce with mutual consent. We are hindus, have a kid aged 8 years. My wife does not have support from her family. Along with sharing kids expenses, she asks support from me by physically being there with her only when the kid is at home except while sleeping. While I wish to do this and feel it is good for the kid, I'm not sure if there are any legal implications by doing this. Can it create problems ? What things should I keep in mind ? Thanks

Once you have taken divorce by mutual consent on agreed terms it will not impact if you both mutually agree to stay together. The terms of mutual divorce shall be drafted properly and must be acceptable to both of you. Many couples are taking mutual divorce but staying together under one roof for sake of kid

Dear Sir, Mutual Divorce is the best divorce otherwise husband may not get divorce for many years. Whatever may be conditions putforth by your wife you may accept the same and get mutual divorce. The proposed conditions of your wife seems to be legal and you may immediately file mutual divorce petition and get it.
