query on the property claim after applying for divorce

Four years before, as joint applicant i and my spouse claim for a home loan. The home loan was not paid back for few months by him and i was not aware of it. Though i arranged the money for the installment and he cheated me as he had paid nearly for a year. Once I came to know about this, I took the complete response and i started paying the installment till date. I was under stress and i moved to a far off place for my job since sept,2018. The land is registered in my name. I do have a girl child of 14 yrs. Can you tell me, if I apply for divorce, is there a possibility for him to claim for the property. In this property, i had invested all my gold gifted to me by my parents and also some of my savings through my job. I belong to Hindu religion. Can you help me out to proceed with divorce and answer me whether he has any rights over the property? I took the whole response of my child too and since Jan 2018, we were apart and he did not share any of my child's expenses too.
