quash of 498 F.I.R due to same allegation of DV

if 498a F.i.r allegation and DV allegation are the sameWife filled DV case in April 2021 and with same allegation F.I.R in Feb 2022nnshall I file quash application in the high court as per section 300, 20b ?nnif you have already quashed the f.i.r in previous experience, please let me know your charges for the same.

Each FIR is different case so for quashing of each of them you have to file separate petitions in the high court you can contact me for further details for the quashing of FIRs you can take a consultation for the same also

Quashing can be done on merits or on the basis of compromise. On merits it’s only possible if you have conclusive evidences in your defence. Therefore we need more facts on the same ! Thanks n b in touch asap

the contents of your FIR will have to seen to advice of same can be quashed on merit or not ... yes I have experience in getting the FIR quashed previously... fees depends on case to case status and factual matrix of the case .... u can contact to discuss thr case and fees further. As it's not prudent mention the same here
