Provisions to bring wife back ,parents interfering

Wife is staying separately for last 11 months. Please let me guide proper legal path so that I can take her bacK. Her parents are interfered between me and her lot of times. They are simply making me in yrouble.
यदि आप अपनी पत्नी की घर वापसी चाहते हैं और यदि आप हिन्दू हैं, तो आपको इसके लिए संबंधित परिवार न्यायालय में हिन्दू विवाह अधिनियम की धारा -9 के अन्तर्गत " दाम्पत्य संबंधों की पुनर्स्थापना" हेतु याचिका दायर करनी होगी।
आपके हिन्दू ना होने की स्थिति में आपके धर्म से संबंधित अधिनियम के अनुसार इससे संबंधित धारा लागू होगी।

There are certain provisions under which you could initiate ,like you could go for restitution of conjugal Rights as provided in Hindu marriage Act ,1955.It states that if one of the spouses abandons other without reasonable cause .so this is your legal right .
