Production of extra marital proofs after approx 2 year of separation

Me and my husband are living separately for last 1 year 4 months. Now I want to get the proofs of his extramarital affair. If I will be able to get those proofs,then will court consider them or not as we are already living separately

if you are already separately with your husband 1 year the ground for divorce is strong it is to be prove that have been living separately having conjugal rights in between you have not mentioned weather any issues or not extra marital affair is not a direct ground of divorce however quality aur mental harassment b the ground of divorce in this case
