Procedure to withdraw divorce with mutual consent during second motion

I filed for a mutual consent divorce .However I don`t want to go ahead with the second motion Can I withdraw 2nd motion N how

Hello...yes you can withdraw your petition, you need to file a withdrawal application....kindly talk to your lawyer that instead of going for second motion I would like to withdraw my petition. He will do accordingly.thank you

Hello.You can not withdraw from second motion but you can get record your statement on the day of second motion the reasons of not going ahead with the mutual consent divorce.You need to uprise the court with valid reasons for the same.

Yes surely you have right to withdraw your petition at any given point of time. If you won't be present on the 2nd motion then the divorce petition would stand cancelled. For further information you can contact me @9811666621
