Procedure to take divorce from husband

I got married on 11 dec 2017. After fight with my husband i came to my mother home on 17 jan. I want divorce from him. Because mentally i am not able to handle it. We agreed for mutual divorce but suddenly without informing me last monday my husband has sent me notice from his lawyer in which it is mentioned about my wrong character which is all false. I called him to ask regarding that but he is not receiving my call. I dont have enough money to afford a lawyer. What to do now i am depressed. I dont want anything from him.i just want divorce and move on from it. Please help me out
it was easy way of divorce by mutual consent .but without this your spouse sent notice to you.u have to reply this notice by lawyer .your husband is restraining from giving any maintenance and alleged on your character .although you are not able to afford the cost u have to do for its.you have to afford this by any ways.because cost of legal matter whatever may be lawyer could not do this.but i will give some concession in fee.contact to me.

If you don't have money to afford a lawyer don't worry lady. There has Legal Aid Centre for the poor persons like you, who provides advocates to file and run the case.
