Procedure to get the alimony after divorce because of torture

I got married in 2015 Jan with an ex IIT guy who joint Samsung R&D as a senior Scientist. After the ceremony, I flew to South Korea with him. I conceived in March end. In August 2015 , I came to India alone. Baby born in Nov 2015. He refused to send necessary papar for babys passport and then stop financial support too. Text me that he is having fun with Korean girl.After convincing him , I went back with the baby in June 2016, along with my in laws. After reaching there, they started mental torture to me. Once my husband tried to push me and the baby from running cars at night. He denied to admit him in hospital once he got urinary tract infection. Then he hides baby's passport at office and forced me to leave. So I filed a written complain to Indian embassy and came back to India with my baby in Nov 2016. Recently forcing me for divorce and have cleared that he won't pay anything for baby's education . I am not working now So will I get baby support and a 2bhk flat from him?
There was a Extradition Treaty in between Korea and Indian which was Entered into force June 8, 2005 therefore, if you wants maintenance from your husband for and on behalf of yourself and your child you can file Case in India, and send Summons on the basis of said Treaty through Diplomat level by Ld.
