I'm married and have a 5 year old son my wife left me and my son 14 months back we submitted divorce petition mutually but she denied in court on final date that the signature is taken is not hers so the court cancelled the case after that she logged a complaint against me for domestic violence, dowry, and harassment in women cell Chandigarh and took transfer to Khanna punjab in her home town and that case is also finished in my favour because we have done love marriage and her parents disowned her and there is no contact with them for 6 years of our marriage now I want divorce so please advise me how to get It divorced
