if I want to send legal notice to my husband under section 9 For RCR How many notice can send him by me.what is time period for putting case after legal notice?

You need not send the legal notice to your husband , it is not mandatory to send a legal notice before filling the petition , you can send more than 1 legal notice .
there is no specific time period for filling the petition after the notice, generally 15 days time is given in the notice and after that you can file.

You can send one notice under sec 9 of HM petition and can file case after expiry of notice period. But take care that summons should be served. It may posdible that your husband will not take summons . The case will not proceed if summons is not served.

In your matter u can send notice of section 9 RCR and give him atleast minimum 15 days time and if he not rply on your notice than u have to file case under section 9 for RCR. So there are no any time limot but u have to file matter within month of notice
