Hello .AAP divorce k liye court mein apply KR do jo reasons apnay btaye hain agr vo court ki summoning pur nhi aatay hain your case will b ex party or AAP he ki taraf ki submission k Baad divorce ho jayega..thank u

Hello, aapki sister divorce keys liye apply kar sakti hai. Lekin shadi ke 1 saal baad. Tab tak aap maintainance ke liye ek application file kar sakte ho. Notice ladke ke ghar par serve kara sakte hai. Jayda jaankari ke liye you can call me.

Normally aise cases me 1 saal shaadi hone k baad hi mutual divorce dal sakta hai. But last month hi Supreme Court ki ek Ruling aai hai. Waise shaadi ko null and void karwa sakte hain. We will have to file a case for nullity of shaadi.

Ur sister can file divorce petition on the ground of cruelty, she can also file divorce petition after two years of desertion period,
She can register a FIR for such incidents and many more remedies are available at per law also
