It takes six months from the date of filing of petition in family court as per the law. Very easy process but both husband and wife should be staying separately one year prior of filing of petition. Its not costing more.

It is a very simple procedure.It takes 6 Months to get Mutual Consent Divorce.The couple needs to file a joint petition with affidavits before the court.The joint petition must mention consent terms....i.e. terms regarding maintenance rights, custody of a child if any, any other claims.

For separations by mutual concent 6 months from the date of filing both the party has to remain present before the court for filing the documents and sign them

one full year is mandatory to get divorce under christian law. the petition for divorce shall be filed as IA and it will be taken up for hearing after completion of one year, if it is mutual that will be filed

Hello sir in the case of christian marriage act no marriage can be file for divorce before two years and if u have any specific reasons only we have chance to file for case for declare the marriage as null an void

You and your spouse jointly file mutual consent petition before the family court and you have to gone through the waiting period of 6 month after filing it and then you can get divorce by mutual consent.

In Christian Law you have to be separated for more than 2 years to apply for divorce by mutual consent. You cannot apply for divorce by mutual consent before February 2020. If you want to apply for divorce now, then you will have to discuss your problems personally and then we can find a way to obtain divorce earlier.
