Procedure to file for divorce if wife threatening to file false case

24-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am looking forward to divorce my wife. We moved out my parents house in April 2017 due to some small quarrels. Also my wife said she will file a wrong domestic violence case against my parents. This forced me to live separately. Will be visiting her home (HP) in November so planning to ask her for divorce. She doesn't know about this as if now. What legal activities should I complete from my end for divorce. Some facts : I or my parents never touched her (beat). Entire marriage was funded by us. As her mother was ill then. Please help.

Hi. Before filing for divorce, you need to make sure that you have completed one year of marriage. I would advice that you file a police complaint before meeting her because incase she doesn’t give you divorce mutually, the complaint will help you for a contested divorce.

Hello Dear Client, don't get threaten by your wife she can't do any wrong case against you and your family, if she is doing any misleading case then she will also be punished as per LAW. As per my opinion you go for Divorce by Mutual Concern. ok

Hello,
I will suggest you one thing, don't ask your wife for diverce. If you will show your willngness to take divorce she will obviously take missuse of provisions of Domastic Violence Act.
So for the reason my opinion for you to send her legal notice for cohabitation. It can help you in future to show your willingness of cohabitation with her.
She can not force you to leave your parents, as it will be cruelty at the hands of your wife, you can take those benefits in court proceedings.
