Procedure to file for divorce as my marriage is not working

Hi, Its been a year and half to my marriage and now am looking to get divorced as soon as possible, I just want to get away with it as we have fights on every small thing, we have zero understanding level and we are not happy together. This marriage would ruin both of us’s lives, our careers are at stake because of this. I just want to get away with such life and start a fresh. Please advise what would be the procedure I need to follow and what would need to do to expedite this divorce.

If both are agree for divorce then file a joint application in the family court as mutual concent
U will get divorced in 6 months
If any special reason court may passed the divorced decree immediately

If both of you decided to get divorce than both of you togather submit an petition for divorce under section 13 (a) of HMA before district.family court. if she is not ready than you also can submit divorce petition under section13(b) of hma.

Hi, First of all some of point have to be clear like your religion, your gender and both parties agree to proceed for divorce? Prima Fecia you have to go for a good counselling center for counseling with your partner and secondly please give some time to your partner and your self to understand the actual complications. It would be good to bit compromise. Legal Compliance are too much for a boy at least. It would be good if you can explain the situation on call.

Its depend on basic thing first I need to know that its your own decision or your wife also want divorce with you. If yes then you both apply for mutual concent and if you single want then you file divorce petition .
But you have astrong ground to file petition because time of your marrige is too short .
