Procedure to file divorce from wife

Me and she staying separately almost 3 years and son is with me from March 2018 and son is first std now I'm the one who take carrying of my son every finical matter and I'm lecturer in private pu college . My age 27 and her age 31 . She is working her self and she was divorced bfr once .
You can file a divorce on the ground of desertion. Consult advocate initially you can issue legal notice and then you can file divorce case at family court in your place. Procedure will be taken care by advocate you have to provide the documents pertaining to marriage etc to advocate to do the filing procedure at court.

Hi....If you both parties are ready for divorce you go for mutual consent divorce and you can get divorce within 1year of filing the case and if your wife is not ready for divorce then you have to file contested divorce but it will take time.
