Sir, actually I want tobtake divorce with my partner I cant live with her I cant tolerate with her behaviour and I belongs to hindu religion. And completed 4 months marriage life only. When I can apply pls tell me procedure and help me.....
Yes you can file divorce but as it is only four months you have to plead special facts in order to entertain your petition within one year of marriage, further you have to file a petition for divorce on ground of cruelty against your wife, so unless you file you cannot get divorce, if you file it may end up in mutual consent also.

Hi..As per Hindu law 1year of completion of marriage is required to file divorce. If both the the parties are ready for divorce then you can go for mutual consent and you can get divorce within short time.

Sir , first you have to issue legal notice through an advocate. Then you can file the divorce petition. You can not file divorce petition within one year of the marriage. Thereafter you can file the divorce petition.
