how much time and money it practically takes to complete mutual divorce process. and does it require anybody else's consent

Hi,For Mutual consent Divorce is simplest way to get Divorce in family court. In mutual consent divorce only consent of Husband and wife requires. For mutual consent divorce proceedings other than two no one consent is required for this legally 6 months required but it can be moved before as well on urgency application and can be completed within it as well. And cost depends on whom you are approaching.

1. to file a mutual consent case, your and your husband's consent is required. 2. to get a mutual divorce case has its due process of law. 3. to get divorce you have to get into different stages. 4. to get divorce the case has its own stages, before court appearances etc

after filing of a mutual divorce petition the matter will be posted for 6 months date and after that the file will be prepared in the mediation centre and degree will be the ready at the end of 7th month.
