Procedure for the marriage with the divorcee

Hi .we both are 21+ ..and we want to marry ..matter is that is the girl is a divorcee she got divorced 3.-4 months earlier and I'm unmarried ...will there be any problem in our marriage?can we marry?please help
If no appeal is pending against divorce order than there is no legal hurdle in marriage of both of u bcoz both of u are major and can marry by ur wish and nobody can legally force u in this regard but pls check carefully whether divorce is granted by court or not.

No marrying to a Divorcee girl would not be a problem at all - However BE SURE to see Her Decree of Divorce - you should know what has been written in the decree of divorce. It is advisable to see the decree and also consult a lawyer on the pro's and con's of the reason mentioned in the decree. Remember at the age of 21 girl has already been divorced once - WHY is to be answered by yourself.
