This is a valid ground for obtaining divorce from your wife in case she is mentally unfit. You can file a divorce suit under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act if you have valid proofs of the disease that your wife is mentally unfit.

In this case you cannot get mutual divorce as you said that your wife have unsound mind .bbut you can get one sided under section 13 (1) Hindu marriage act on the ground of your wife s mental health .

it is a valid ground of divorce . you should go for section 13. kindly collect all the medical certificates..as u have not mentioned the duration of your marriage..just go to family court and apply for divorce

If ur marriage was solemnized within a year then u can file a suit under section 12 of Hindu marriage act for committing fraud on u and one Year has passed then u can file a suit of divorce to the family court
