Procedure for mutual divorce if husband is impotent and financially in

I'm married 5 years no kids. Husband is alcoholic, impotent and financially incapable of bearing me. We have never registered. I want divorce. I do not need any alimony. I want to go for mutual divorce. What are the things that I'll need?

Hi.... if both of you agree for mutual divorce the procedure is very simple. consult a lawyer for preparing the petition and both of u have to submit your ID proofs, marriage phitos, wedding card, passport size photos of 2 copies of both the parties.
