procedure for case withdrawal under Hindu Marriage act

My husband has filed divorce case according Hindu Marriage Act. He told he will be withdrawing the case. In the previous hearing it was argument & now it is reflecting as judgemnt/order. How to find out if he has applied for withdrawl or will it lead to Expartie as I was told not to attend any hearing since he will withdraw.

okay I understand your questions so your husband filed divorce case but you are not attend the hearing right. and he said withdow the case till it is not with drow right so you want your husband or not that is important if you save the marriage life you shuld go and both are registers in mediation compromise and take a comromuse decree it is best otherwise may he will take exparty divorce easly

Hi in the case your husband told that he will withdraw the case and you need to present in the hearing. If he would have done same and filled the application for the same then case would have not been posted for the order. It might be that he is misguided to take the advantage of your non appearance and non prosecution of case against you further for the same you advice to appear through your advocate and advance the matter and recall the stage and comply stage u skipped and not present in your favour .
