Problem in International divorce

08-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I married a USA citizen by 2018. We lived for 2 months and she filed back to USA. We had differences in opinions so we cant proceed with the marriage life. By june 2019 she applied for annulment from the USA government and she got the annulment over there. But now, I cant able to get the divorce in india. According to the local judge advice we tried to send the divorce copy to their address, unfortunately due to this COVID19, we cant able transit the notice. Is there is any alternative solution for this......

if you came to know about the international drivers that is the diverse order given by that for in court then that isn't valid one if it is an uncontested divorce in the foreign Court you can challenge them if the order is get Bihar designed you then you can challenge in the proper Court otherwise if you doesn't know about the order of the court you can file a divorce case in India
