sir me last 2.5 years se apne husband se alg rehti hu susral walo ne maar peetkar bahar Nikala ..husband ne apni family ko hi support kia ab wo log mujh par divorce pressure bana Rahe hai i have 3.5 years daughter i m working so i can demamd alumani for my daughter ,and Dont want to Give divorce to my husband .. Pls tell wt should i do..
hello mam as i can read ur issue isnreally very serious . yes you are elligilible for getting maintinance as wellnas fir demanding alimani . your inlaws and ur husband can not presssured you in any manner to get divorved for forcefull methods you need not to worry in this matter we will help you and you will not give divorve.

mam as they are making pressure on you and you are living separately
so its better sec 9 restituion of conjugal rights case should be filed against and case for maintenance should also be filed and if divorce case is filed by them then it should be contested
