Prejury against maintanance case u/s PWDA act for wife and daughter.
14-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I filed a DV case against my husband in 2015. In 2020 I obtained a favourable judgment and alimony of 12000 per month. However my husband objected this stating that I am working. He obtained TDS traces of IT from IT dept but no salary slips or confirmation from the employer.
Reg my job. I did part time job for 2 yrs and one year I have a contractual role. I didnt disclose all these as it was not permanent roles. However, my husband initiated a prejury against me stating I lied to the court about my job.
What shall I do?
My case on domestic violence is proved beyond doubts and a series of incidents are recorded by police too. There is a case on violation of protection order is also running parellely in which judgment is pending.
The case is infront of the same magistrate who pronounced the DV judgment. What shall I do? Please advise
