you need to file a domestic violence case against your husband and husband's parents, you should also file a maintenance case ;after filling these two cases ,they will never treat you with cruelty, everything will be in favour, if you do a case against your husband ,the court summons him to present in this court, if he does present the court , court will order in your favour, the execution will be filled, it is court duty to make him present .

You should immediately seek a detailed consultation for Your ongoing marital discord from an Advocate. You have certain remedies which can be availed. Since your in laws had tortured you for dowry You can file a complaint before Women Cell for registration of FIR and also a complaint under domestic violence act and seek compensation, Resident⁩ order in a share household, lumpsum compensation, streedhan. If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
