Possibility gettingGovt job but divorce case and false allegations fir

My brother filed divorce case as his wife did a domestic violence to him. But she given false case on him and filed fir on him. Now he going to get a govt job. But due to fir on false case he couldn’t govt job. Anything else is there to get the job. He is worried as he was waiting for the job over decades.

Respected If you have good evidence or meterial to show that your brother has not done any such act as expressed in FIR, then file a petition before Hon’ble High Court and seek for quashing of FIR. If FIR is queshed then no problem. He can apply or join Governement Job Need detail discussion in respect of facts. If legal assistent required contact us.

No Sir, if the criminal case is against him, the Govt. will not allowed your brother to join government job. Till criminal cases clear it up, your brother can get Govt jobs, otherwise no possibility to get job in govt. sector.

Dear Sir. It is Domestic case and normally job opportunities could nor have denied. The remedy is to approach through reputed advocate and get it stayed and quashed since it was a after thought case filec after your brother filed cases against her.
