Police notice from woman police station
11-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have send a CONFIDENTIAL email to my wife's office for her extra marital affairs with co worker. after some days i received a police notice from woman police station as she registered a petition there stating that I insulted her in office..... what sholud I do.... had my complaint was illegal.... can i make a complain to her employer... can a employer disclose my CONFIDENTIAL e mail to all.... what will be there in police station.
your wife might register a criminal complaint against you , hence approach the court and proceed with anticipatory bail procedures for safer side, if police starts investigate case on your wife her employer must disclose your email .

it is better you send a lawyer to police station and enquire whether any complaint or FIR is registered and take a bail if it is registered then approach the police station, further it is wrong on your part to send information to office instead you could have filed a petition in court, the email cannot be kept confidential as it is relating to person relationship. Any way nothing to worry just engage an advocate, get bail and then proceed further.
