Hi, as your wife filed six and nine for restitution of conjugal right. It's showing that she is not interested to give divorce to you. In contrary you have filed divorce before the court of law . So she has all ground to seek mpensation from you. As per settle law and commonly Who ever files divorce first has to compensate other side if other side is not willing to give divorce to the petitioner.

1. you have to pray before the court and explain about your capacity where the court will understand 2. your wife filed an rcr to squeeze the money from you and not for joining you. 3. your wife can't claim on your parents property. 4. do not bend for the demand and pay the amount it is an exorbitant amount.
