Please clarify my doubts about divorce case

My husband filing the divorce case, cheating and suspect of her first marriage

hi if your husband had filed divorce case based on all false allegations then you could defend your stand by appointing an advocate to represent on your behalf and could defend the case saying it is based on all false allegations

it seems you have already files a case and approached an advoacte. but I say that there was no hard and fast rule. would be feasible for an advocate to answer the query depending on the case. even though the court set her exparte your wife can again come forward with a petition to set aside the exparte order

hello file under section 495 Indian Penal Code which states anybody one of the spouse married another person first marriage hiding the first marriage it mean that if anybody marriage another person without telling the earlier marriage which is punishable offence
