1. it is non disclosure of communication without the client permission and even in court. it also applies in anticipatory bail also. 2. the non-disclosure of communication without the client permission also applies in 498a dowry case in matrimonial issues.

ilt is not LPP that filed objections, it is APP means Assistant Public Prosecutor who has filed objections in the anticipatory bail or 498 A case. is given after objection file from police side which APP files and then after hearing arguments of both sides.

Dear Sir, LPP means Learned Public Prosecutor. It seems LPP filed objections in respect of your anticipatory bail application. The copy of which will be provided to your Advocate. Thereafter, it will be heard orally from both the sides and Court will decide as to whether to grant anticipatory or not.
