Planning to take divorce. Want my two gurl babies to be with me.

I am planning to take divorce .I have small babies 3yrs and 4.6yrs .I want babies to be with me.i don't want to give babies to my husband handover.plz guide in this .

Whether your husband is agreeable for divorce but wants custody of Child/ Children ? Or he is not willing for divorce ? If he is not consenting but you want a seperation Court will not grant divorce quickly. About custody of Children, you have a better chance .

madam if you are already having the babies with you you can file a divorce petition along with petition for maintenance, as the babies are below five years custody will be with mother only, so just file divorce and maintenance case and in that petitions state that the children are residing with you.

okay I understand your questions so now you want divorce right and you want your girl child custody also right so now you have to file a Divorce it is possible and cooourt want to grounds so what cruality do you face from your husband so all ste mention in petition and proof it in court then get child custody also your faver so do you need any legal help contact me thank you
