Physical torture and abuse for stoping in involvement of illegal work

My husband physically torturing and abusing me because I try to stop him for illegal work...he is involved in a group that is expert in car thefting and other illegal work....what I do...his family also with him...I got love marriage..when I came to know about this I tried to stop him but he came drunk so many times and started beating me...I have some proof too

File a case against him u/s 323 and 351 IPC and also lodge an F.I.R against him on charges of theft i.e 378 IPC.
