Physical abuse by husband need help to file complaint in police stati

My husband is beating me for very small issues not able to bear torture want to file complaint procedure

you please approach the concerned police station and file a complaint narrating your grievance. secondly the police will just give a warning as you both are wife and husband as not to break down the marital tie. hence file a complaint and your husband must be given a warning.

hi you could file police complaint to the police about the harassement caused and to register FIR against them and you could also file domestic violence case against the harassement and physical abuse and could seek compensation

If your husband is beating you and torturing then we can send a legal notice that we are filling DVC case then your husband will comprise u...if u proof that your husband beating and harrassing , then he will kept quite ...if not so we will file a DVC case at court and punish him
