My brother from Bareilly and a girl from chattisgarh were working in delhi. Girl has labelled false rape case to get marry. Brother was in jail and family under pressure and agreed to get marry. Girl has changed her statement and release my brother after nikah. they were living in delhi. One day Both have heated arguement and brother left the house. Girl came to home town of my brother and labelled another 498a ,125, dvc on my brother. One more new case 376d on all family members including women
you have to approach an appropriate court to take action against her
if she falsely implicated you and family then the court will do justice
