Petition not given to file objections & no show

The petitioner has filled for divorce on cruelty under Hindu marriage act and earlier had filled false dowry case with police. With held the daughter to meet the father till date. Mediations have failed and now the court case has begun. The petitioner and her lawyer have not given the copy of the petition to reply for us with objections. It’s been more than 3-4 court dates that both lawyer and she have not turned up to the court. We just go to court make a request to judge for petition copy and come back still no news. The lawyer of petitioner dose not pick my lawyer calls or not respond to the msg. How do we get this charges and case squashed?

It is very simple you have get certified copies of petition by applying the Court. Thereafter you have to file objections to main petition and Interim application if any. If taken as not filed then you have seek permission of the court through an seperate application.
